What cities do I have access to?

As a Backpacker, you have access to 7 different cities:

  • Bern 🇨🇭
  • Bratislava 🇸🇰
  • Gelsenkirchen 🇩🇪
  • Linz 🇦🇹
  • Toulouse 🇫🇷
  • Valencia 🇪🇸
  • Verona 🇮🇹

As a Great Explorer, you have access to all the cities in your selected region.

You can view individual city pages by clicking on them on the map, or you can use the sidebar to access the full city list.

If you're a Backpacker, the cities that you have unlocked are listed first, to make navigation easier. The same goes for Great Explorers who haven't unlocked the whole continent. You can also request to only see the cities you have access to by selecting ‘Display locked and unmonitored cities’ so that the toggle is blue.

City list

On this page, you will find key information about each of the cities available.

You will be able to see the modes available (e.g. bikes, scooters, mopeds or cars), the average number of active vehicles across the time period selected, the number of vehicles per 10,000 inhabitants and the number of services.

Use the date range on the left of your screen to filter your results. For example, to see the metrics for trips and vehicles available in a city over the last 2 months (rather the default view - previous week), the dates can be adjusted to do this.

Advanced filtering

Looking to narrow your results down even further? The best way to achieve this is by using the filters on the left of the city list.

Here are the 5 advanced filters:

  • Find a city: Use this bar to search for a specific city by name.
  • Mode: Click on the modes that you want to hide. To begin with, all modes are shown.
  • Location: Use the location search bar to tag multiple cities or countries. E.g. Germany and France - to show cities from these two countries.
  • Sort by: Sort your results either by available vehicles (most to least), alphabetically, by services, countries or vehicles per 10k inhabitants.
